A complete calendar complication that was nominated finalist at last year's GPHG Awards, this will be the final edition of the Calendrier Type I model which will be discontinued after this run.

Living in Japan, I’ve been looking at the domestic watch makers here. Kurono seems to be very highly regarded and very difficult to get. Their elegant style is undeniable, if not for me. I do know they sell out fast and their next drop is today for anyone interested!

I got the email but was not interested in today's drop, largely because I have something else incoming. What I like about KT is they often have time based releases, that is they will put a watch out for 10 minutes and if you ordered in that ten minutes you get a watch. One of the fairest ways to release a limited batch giving production challenges.
Love them and that reference, but A) I'm not in a place to buy right now and B) that color doesn't really do it for me. Kind of lucky, actually. If B wasn't true it might overwhelm A.

If it was some lovely shade of blue...? Man, I'd have a difficult decision coming. And a hard time hiding this purchase from my wife for at least twelve months.
