New watch -Alexander Shorokhoff

I made myself a gift for my bday. Always wanted a AS watch. This is a red version of his round and square line up. Limited edition 9/30 powered by a manual wind poljot 3133, hand engraved, regulated and reassembled by the AS manufacture team. I'm in love

Happy birthday! I love this style and share Mr Shorokoff's first name, but his watches are way out of my league.

Gorgeous! Love the finishing on the movement. It’s a lever chronograph? Is a horizontal clutch?

If I'm not mistaken poljot 3133 has a horizontal clutch. However the shorokhoff popjota are reworked and redone so it's hard to say if they haven't modified the mechanism.

From what I understood, he moved to Germany during soviet times to study architecture where he did civil engineering for some time. After that somewhere during the nineties he became interested in watches and the story began. But from what I understand he lived in Germany for quite a while. Chaykin manufactures watches in Russia as his workshop is there, shorokhoff lives in Germany but is russian
