Rubber straps

I still prefer the looks of the old seiko rubber straps compared to the new silicone ones. It gives the watch a tougher look. However, I do wish they'd make it softer, it's really stiff and takes a really long time to break in.

Thats right, i ve changed the bracelet on my monster vs one of these, it looks (and wears) simply more comfortable

After I bought my Laco diver on a rubber strap. I hate every Seiko, Citizen etc. rubber straps. The Laco silicone strap is so soft and comfortable. I can almost bet there's a AliExpress strap with the same softness that I just can't find. Spending 78USD for a strap is way too much money.

Have you tried Uncle Seiko, they make nice straps Seiko's based off the original designs of the 1960s & 70s

For your Turtle, it looks cool. For my thinner wrist though, I prefer less large or less fat silicone straps. My diver is already 43.6mm in diameter with 49.6mm lug-to-lug. Adding a thick strap will just gobble up my small wrist, and make it look as if there's a water meter on my wrist. 😂

Hence I got these straps instead...

That is very awesome! Though I may not be from that school, my alma mater(NDGM) wears the same colors. Wear it proudly and in good health brother. 😊
