Postman rang...and first GMT watch in the collection!
No big story behind it, but I guess I just received a pre celebratory watch for my first born due to arrive next week, so some story ahead.
Wanted a GMT, came across this BB homage at a discount, added a coupon and... Pulled the trigger!
Arrived an hour ago, got around to size the bracelet and there it is! Loving the piece so far but I just realized San Martin has pampered me too much, and was a bit disappointed when I saw that the (amazing for price) bracelet's (nicely milled) clasp had 4 points of micro adjustment - which is amazing for a watch only a pinch north of €100...
Why dissappointed you ask? Because I was expecting the same on the fly adjustment as the Pelagos homage I own!
Unrealistic expectations aside (the "Pelagos" cost 2x the "BB"), loving this watch so far. The dial looks great, loving the printed logo Vs applied indices, and seems to be an instant keeper!
