Watches reminds me to go outside.

Lately I’ve been feeling very trapped or enclosed. It’s either being at work, home, and as a watch enthusiast, going to malls or jewelry stores.

But I don’t want to turn back away from why I love wearing watches. It’s because it’s an outdoor sport. Call it mental health or call it trying to stay to your roots of a child that loves to play outside. I just felt boxed in. It’s not claustrophobia. But it might as well damn be. I’m lucky my job has sick hours. So I took a “stress day.”

I really have no point to this post. Being outside really makes for good therapy. If it’s a drive to the beach or a small drive to a park up the hills like this one, I need this shit and I appreciate it more than I ever have in my life!

If I can offer any suggestion, find your spot.

Thanks, 👁

I am unsure if the excuse was to charge the lume or to wind the automatic with a walk.

I couldn't agree more about the outdoors being phenomenal therapy. I think it's the chance to escape and detach that's so good for the mind and watch in these situations is a much better companion than a phone.

Hope you are feeling better for the mini adventure. We all need to remember to look after ourselves. 👍
