Spring bar tweezers!

Just got this in all the way from the Amazon (๐Ÿ˜) and for $20 it works really well. Getting the bracelet back onto the Sinn was a bit tricky as the end links are weird, but getting the bracelet off the Squale was easy peasy. Some people said the bits felt flimsy but they seem fine to me. I think this is going to make things a lot easier for my watches without drilled lugs (which right is only 2)!

I wonder if that style is better than these Bergeons. Everyone said these were a game-changer but Iโ€™m not so sure.

Nice tool. ๐Ÿ‘

These kind of springbar removal is very good if you do strap changes very often. โœ”

I don't change my straps/bracelets too much, so my Bergeon 6767-F is good enought for me. ๐Ÿ˜Š

I'm also a big fan of that Bergeon tool. In my experience what really matters is the machining of the spring bar tool's tip. It needs to be precise enough to fit between bracelet/strap and case, but not so sharp as to scratch either.

The big difference with Bergeon compared with most other suppliers is that you can easily get new, identical tips when the supplied ones wear out, which they will - I'm on my third set. That sort of service and spares availability results in a price premium but I think it's worth it.

I have considered one to change the bracelet on my Black Bay 36. The endlinks are very snug, but I think I have found a technique by now, so I don't know ๐Ÿค”

I use a basic Bergeon sprigbartool.

Everyone should get that strap tools. Really helpful. Btw you can consider changing the orientation of your pin to 45 Deg. It allows me to see what I'm doing when the pin is angled compared to top down
