SBS diver on ZUlUDIVER OctoPod atlas strap and folding buckle

Saw this strap and clasp online and thought I would try it out as a change from the usual NATO straps I wear.The two items arrived today and after a bit of fiddling about to set up is now on and both looking and feeling good. Immediate differences to the usual NATOs are you don’t have the excess end to tuck in and as a result the watch wears very well and definitely looks more streamlined and I guess dressier. The strap is also a single pass affair so slightly reduces the watch height as a result. The way the strap threads through the clasp means you can seat the clasp bang on the middle of your wrist as opposed to making do with any slight deviation off centre. Clasp opens and close easily and the positive click on closing bodes well for the clasp staying closed. Only real downside would be once it is set it is set, there is no on the fly way to either tighten or loosen the strap easily without taking the watch off and readjusting. All in all though I am very happy with it and glad I gave it a go, it is a clever design barring full on the fly adjustability and seems well built. Itch now scratched..nexxxttt

I got one of these and It's really good. Like you say takes a little bit to set up but then with the slightly elastic nature of the strap it's very comfortable. #nato #octopod
