I do love a good Nato strap

Fairly recently acquired a Seiko Marinemaster 300 after lots of debate.

Love the watch and should have taken the plunge years ago. It’s true that the watch wears smaller than its dimensions would suggest and I am loving it.

It is also a strap monster and is very easy to pair with different straps. I found the metal bracelet and supplied rubber strap to be comfortable and easy to get along with. I have tried it on a crafterblue strap with the watches clasp fitted and had no complaints, the fitted ends fit between the lugs seamlessly and integrate into the watch well. I would love to see crafterblue do the strap with the option to specify a tang buckle.

But I currently have the watch on a NATO and like how well it looks and more importantly feels. Because the watch has a bit of heft too it I was unsure how it would cope being on a NATO, but luckily most of the NATOs I have fall just right with regards the holes, so none feel too tight or too slack. I prefer my watches to be put on a NATO so that the hardware is underneath as opposed to the traditional side.

The straps in the pics are from the strap Taylor and are of great quality. The two colours shown are mustard yellow and o blood. Not affiliated in any way to them but I would highly recommend.

Cheers

Nice! I keep being tempted by an MM300 myself. But even if it does wear small for its size, it's still big. Congratulations on your purchase.
