CWC watches tend to divide people into different camps based on specs, dimensions and hands etc but thats what makes this hobby so fascinating.

From what i can gather though,the vast majority of owners enjoy the ownership experience and are generally happy that they scratched that itch and purchased a watch, even if they do end up moving it on.

I know that on the forums that often people end up buying, selling. Regretting selling then buying again...often more than once....

The bonus is that they tend to hold on to their value reasonably well should you not click with a particular model.

I say that if anyone is sitting on the fence about any CWC, go for it.

Even if i didnt have any connection to the military CWC watches appeal to me.

Very lucky to own this RN reissue diver too....you wont go wromg with either automatic or quartz..the reissue dial and hands make a huge difference....i have an sbs diver and find it looks too small dial wise and the minute hand seems too narrow...the SBS has a gap between dial and markers....the reissue does away with this gap for the better and hS the thicker hands

Liking that very much and similar was on my radar.

Just got a MarineMaster to satisfy my Seiko urge.

Early days but think this is a keeper.

I have heard of folks buying, selling and re buying time and again.

Natos by design trade function over form and when worn as it should certainly put alot of the mass to the side of the wrist which i am sure isnt for everyone either from a comfort or asthetics point of view.

I am ex military so always wore them as designed but i do like the neater way as ive described.

However the sun was also accompanied by snow and real feel temps of minus 4 c.

We still get the t shirts on though

The lume on the reissue is great...this is after coming inside after being out in really bright winter sun
