Interesting dial
Checking out Etsy and found this I think it's a chronograph. Never seen one with 4 sub dials.

Seiko did a line of these in the 90s and just recently relaunched the line.
There's a few. My AVI-8 quad dial. Not a chrono, but none the less....
Looks pretty cool and at $15 I’d buy it👍🏻
