Throwback Thursday - SNK805

Throwin’ it back this Thursday with a watch I used to own. The SNK805. Had this for about a full year before I decided to part ways with this green beaut.

This watch was my most worn watch for the span of time owning it. It was my daily beater watch.

I even bought a brown leather strap and a green w red parachue elastic strap for it during that time.

I really loved this watch (loved it so much I kept photos) but decided to part ways because I already had another more meaningful field watch and also had to make room for future watches I’ve been eyeing on.

It was a blast to own this little green tough guy. Hope the dude who bought this from me would love the watch the same way I did or more. He did say he was in the military, so I’m sure the watch would get more actual use and go on even more meaningful adventures.

Farewell, SNK805.

That's a beautiful watch, doesn't look like a 37mm at all!

Classic look! I love it. Thank you for sharing!

Great watch indeed. My first automatic watch. Can't bear to part with it though it is not seeing as much as wrist time these days.

This model was my first mechanical watch. I don't use it as much anymore but it will always be my entry door to this hobby.

These are great watches! Own the SNK803 (beige dial) version and have it on an SNK809's black strap 😎

Mine doesn’t get enough wrist time. It always seems to run out of wind mid day.

That’s all thanks to my 6 inch wrist!

If I were to own another SNK again, it’d be in Beige as well!
