When you have a ”elegant casual” event or day planned, what watch do you put on? I go with my Rolex Datejust 41 ref. 126334 with Wimbledon dial, fluted bezel, and jubilee bracelet.

You have a good taste.. very nice watch.
Looks awesome.
Nice. Hoping (key word) to get this or another DJ this year!
Looks awesome.
Love looking at the dial.
love this watch , its a classic
Good choise, indeed.
For elegant casual, I'd go for either my TAG Heuer Carrera Twin-Time:
Or, more likely, my Longines Master Chonorgraph:
My JLC Master Control fits the qualifications for elegant, but it'd probably be a little too formal.

The Longines Master Chronograph is a nice choice!
lovely piece! for this kind of occasion you can never go wrong with Rolex (nearly any rolex will do in my opinion) but in my collection my Panerai Luminor Due is the one i would chose. The fully polished and super slim case make it look much dressier than the normal Luminor or other Panerai while keeping the unique look.
Wow, that’s a beautiful watch. Love the green dial! Hmm..casual and elegant event or day, I think I’ll go with my GS SBGJ253. What do you think?

I think your Grand Seiko fits right into that “casual elegance” space nicely. Most everything from Grand Seiko can easily be dressed up or down which makes their watches extremely versatile.
Nice watch but a Rolex for cool and casual elegance is equivocal...

I'm not sure what to take from that, other than Rolex doesn't do it for you in that category. I have no problem with that at all.
The DJ is a great choice. For an "elegant casual" event, I think I'd go with either my OP (I don't have a DJ), or my Santos De Cartier.
