I think the photo is a bit misleading. It is not sitting centered on my wrist. But it does seem to wear a bit large.

Depends what your tolerance is for watch size. I have the same wrist size and I wore this watch for years in the military. It works for me very well, but I prefer bigger watches. But for its size, it wears really nicely 👍

No worries Julian. For me, I now have the GW-6900 because of the solar and multi band 6. Many options to choose from though. Good luck 👍
