TITONI

Hello guys again, any information about titoni? Looks like a Rolex or tudor homage brand, but with its own unique taste and movements in some models, want to hear more about them.

Saludos!

You used to see Titoni in many watch shops in Singapore and Malaysia when I was much younger.

Did a quick google search and found this article on the history of Titoni:

Titoni is a solid independent watch brand with a very good reputation and affordable prices, but still quite good quality and inhouse movements.

It's not a homage brand.

If you like their designs you can't go wrong with them.

IIRC there's a Cruncher from Germany who's rocking a Seascoper 300 here. Oh, there's also @weathermanx who's rocking a vintage 60s Titoni Cosmo King.

Then there's the usual suspects like @Aurelian who owns really vintage specimens though they have the Felca badge.

And can't forget Crunchers from India. I think I see several rocking new production Airmaster and Cosmo Kings

I wouldn’t call them a homage brand. You can check their website today for their current lineup. I know back in the day, mostly pre Titoni, I.e. Felca days, they made datejust homages. But then again, who didn’t?

Titoni very popular in China, so much so I thought a Chinese brand, but now I know Swiss

Yes, a long established and respected brand that is still independent. Their main market is India and China. Unusually they don't have any official distributors in the UK. I'm not sure about US. I'm sure if their Seascoper model was given wider publicity it would be very popular- they definitely need a Teddy Baldesarre review to widen the brand awareness.

I was made aware of them as my fathers watch is a Titoni Airmaster. Apparently after WW2 there was some sort of political Europe/Far East trade thing, and many western brands went there. My Dad came back from Hong Kong with an Agfa camera and the Titoni.

Theres some very nice pieces in their modern line up. I love the Heritage Chronograph, and the Impetus line has some interesting designs.

Definitely not a "homage" brand.

Felca/Titoni is one of the early 19th Century Swiss brands, only a few years different from Rolex, and has been in continuous production.

Here is a link where you can get a potted summary of the brand...

Always important to remind folks that Rolex did not design the dive watch...those honors go to Blancpain and the original skin diver design goes to Zodiac. Rolex is kind of the original homage brand copying others designs and marketing the heck out of them as their own.

Agree with you!, I said homage because their designs looks pretty similar to tudor that's it.

I really like their designs and quality materials looks fantastic that's why I'm asking because I recently discovered their brand and I'm in love with them, just curious about their prices, couldn't find prices in their website.
