You immediately grabbed my attention by displaying the cracking Longines VHP and the brilliant Citizen Chronomaster, which I have both bought with great satisfaction.
To each their own, but there are features that mechanical timepieces simply cannot provide at sub $ 3000 price point :
incredible accuracy (once again, Longines and Citizen don't disappoint)
perpetual calendar (same)
being on time when you haven't touched them for a while, or don't move when wearing them (like my trusty bedtime Marathon Navigator)
serious anti-magnetic properties
I love my BlackBay 58 as much as the next guy, but wouldn't think of not having my beloved quartz watches in the rotation
