To be honest, I got it only because it’s full titanium. Don’t get me wrong the movement is nice ( the way the second sweeps )! But apart from that, I do like the looks of the Pagani design for a banger/beater watch!

Strangely, it's my Pagani Design (explorer), which I'm looking to replace. It's a great watch; accurate, built like a tank, waterproof (I have been swimming with it), but the lug to lug is just too long for my wrist.

I see the size as the issue. Titanium can have a tinge of dinge aspect to the color if one is used to unadulterated silver tones. I don't see it here. Does she mean the blasted texture?

Im not a fan of the blue hands.

My wife thinks most of my watches are nasty in appearance, did not like the all black look of my Tudor ceramic when I first sourced it, I decided to switch the original strap with the OEM fabric that comes with the watch. Of course my wife likes to wear black and absconded with my watch one morning to shop for groceries. I now can only wear my watch when she is not wearing it.

Then that just shows you that she has excellent taste! Are you seriously pairing your new Speedy with THAT? Not being a watch snob here, but the quality probably isn't there and it's not fun or iconic enough to add to your collection. A Casio would serve you much better.

Yeah, she’s not that deep. I think she just used to shiny watches so she’s not used to the “ting of dinge” of the titanium!
