Should I Buy?

I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on an Orient bambino open-heart.

I am in high school and it would blow most of my money away.

Is it worth it as it seems to be the best dress watch for me?

Obviously, you can spend your money how you wish. Given you're after my advice, here's my take.
Personally, I don't think blowing 'most of your money' on any watch is a good decision; especially lower-cost ones that won't increase in value. There are plenty of even more affordable watches out there. I'd settle for one of those in the meantime and focus on improving your skillset (or find a side job) so that you can earn more money and buy a nice watch without worrying about the cost.
Casio makes some great low-cost quartz dress watches. Orient also make a very similar quartz alternative to the photo you've linked above, which is around half the cost. It might be worth scouting them out instead (can't remember the reference numbers).

I fully agree with what Ben advised. As the famous adage goes, "Don't put all your eggs in one basket." Indeed, if you find ways of earning more money, then you will be able to get a nice watch.

If I may add my own two cents worth, I think getting a dress watch while you're in high school, might afford you very little opportunity to wear it. And you can safely assume the same if you choose to go to college/ university after. Given the many everyday/casual type of activities you engage in as a high school student, it might be good to consider getting a really nice looking casual/sporty watch, or a field watch. You will get to wear it everyday, enjoy looking at its beautiful dial, and can even be a nice conversation point with friends when they see your really cool watch. Timex, Seiko 5, and Casio have a tons of great affordable options you can check out.
