Surf's up!

I picked up my Snoopy Seiko 5 Sports 55th anniversary PEANUTS SRPK25 today.

I am really pleased with it and feel it's super fun. The paw print signed crown and bezel numbers in the Charles Shultz font are subtle but really add to the lighthearted style.

I picked it up from my local AD - Sydel & Sydel in Chicago (also where I bought my Zodiac) & I highly recommend them. (+ They gave me a cool sling bag)

I didn't know about the paw print on the crown. That is really a cute detail.

I'm looking out for the Flieger variant SRPK27 to see it in person since my AD hasn't received that variant yet.

I took a look at that one today as well and like it. My AD just got these Monday or Tuesday so hopefully you will be able to see one in person soon.

The more I see this watch, the more I like it! Plus that paw on the crown is brilliant.

I don't like cartoon characters on dials, but I like Snoopy, and your watch looks great. Leave it to Seiko to pull it off. I didn't notice the font on the bezel until you pointed it out.

Wouldn't a Red Baron edition, with Snoopy on the flying doghouse, be a no-brainer?

I agree... This is my only "character" watch - I think it's really subtle.

I didn't notice the font until I had been looked at pre-release photos for 3 days while trying to track one down.

I'd like to see a Red Baron... Probably as a pilots style right?

Here's a pic on my new strap from Crown and Buckle (it's one of their NATOs with the single pass straps)

Yes! And Seiko might do it because it makes so much sense. Or they might not do it because it makes so much sense.
