Watch Mod win and DIY Project fail....

I've been busy with some watch projects lately, and I have to say, it's been a roller coaster of emotions.

On the bright side, I'm proud of how my custom "Seiko 5" and my Invicta Pro Diver mods turned out (this hadn't been posted here yet, since it's brand new). The Seiko 5 is missing the second hand, but it still looks great. The Invicta Pro Diver got a new all black Yacht-Master Style case, and it's a beauty.

On the dark side, I'm bummed about my diy chronograph failure. It was a nightmare from the start. The dial didn't fit, the movement got ruined, and nothing worked properly. I spent so much time and energy on something that was way too hard for me. A mechanical chronograph is not for beginners, that's for sure. Maybe I'll stick to simpler watches and mods for now....

Though the next project will be a new watch with the empty Invicta case, just waiting for the dial to come in.
