Tough choice, but JLC looks nicer.

The Zenith is more useful as a chronograph. 1/10th second timing is cool, and 60 minutes timer.

30 minute chronograph on the JLC, come on..... chronographs should have 12 hour timers minimum imo, 60 mins or less could just use a diving timer bezel

Take their business card then drop them an email few days later

It's basically like a job interview, and you kinda want to stand out from the crowd. It's not a wait list, as opposed to a client list and when a watch model comes in, they will look on the list and call someone, so good to leave an impression.
