Yes. Some are larger then others though.
Switzerland of course has lots of museums around timepieces. In the UK the Royal Greenwich Observatory and the Clockmaker's Museum in London are must see. There is also the National Watch and Clock Museum in Columbia Pennsylvania, USA.
