Just buy what you like. If you can attach one to a milestone/memory, you’ll likely never sell it. As for the others, love them until you don’t. For these, I tend to deep dive the model history and movement. Whilstever that interests me, I love them.
Your collection can be anything you want it to be, for any reasons you want.
My number is 8. I reason that one for every day of the week could (potentially) be reasoned, therefore 8 would be considered excessive and frivolous. It also means I force myself to be considered in my purchases, and I don’t end up with 1000 cheap impulse buys.
