Watch Club in the DC area?

I went to some tradeshow last year where they were selling a bunch of no name brands near L'Enfant Plaza. There's gotta be something better here than that or Tiny Jewel Box.

Little Treasury (about 40 mins away, in Gambrills, MD) sells JDM Seikos, Grand Seikos, Frederique Constant, Zodiac, etc. Sometimes they host brand events, but I'd love to find something more enthusiast-centric. I thought District Time (https://www.dcwatchshow.com/) would lead to more (they had SO many microbrands on display) but there wasn't a club component there either! 😕

I live in the Philadelphia-metro area and I'm in the same boat. I did go to a meet-up hosted by @Robcollects last October(in Gambrills) and that was fun. Just like you, I reached out to RedbarPhilly and got no reply. I'm still searching for a local group to meet with and talk about this hobby of ours.... my family is tired of hearing about it.

I have been going to the meetup.com NoVA Watches and coffee https://www.meetup.com/nova-watches-coffee/photos/ and I just learned there is a group called dmv.watches that meets at Murad and Co. https://www.muradandco.com/, still learning when they meet.

BTW the dmv.watches no longer meets at Murad and Co. They are on discord: https://discord.gg/sk7EvNQWRW. Their email is dmv.watches@gmail.com if you want more information. Their next meet is Sunday 8/13/2023. Generally they meet monthly.

I also try to post of the NoVA Watches and Coffee when I know of them. I tag them with #nova. The last meet was 8/6/2023, generally they meet about every two weeks.
