The palm should become a good collectors piece I think.

I wanted the palm but never got round to it. I did get the plain green dial instead.
I love this dial. I has on the AD list for this exact watch and I did get a call not long ago after 18 months but I turned it down as I managed to bag the blue motif for a good price In between. I considered getting it as well but I have a little rule not to get 2 of the same thing so I let it go.
In the wild, you mean worn? Probably not that many. Lots of people seem to have bought these as "investments". There are loads of unworn examples for sale...
Shame they cut it out of the catalog. Prices were coming down and a year or two longer and it could have been a watch not worth flipping. At which point I would have inquired about buying one.

I've seen two in the wild here in Southern California and I think it's a great watch to rep the coastal lifestyle.
I'd happily rock it if one came my way though I'm not actively pursuing one and probably won't anytime soon. My dance card is already full.
