Just came back home from a recent ski/board trip to Mammoth Mtn in California
Here's what I packed in my watch roll:
Casio G Shock GM-2100 'Casioak'
Seiko SCC-909 Speedtimer 'Seitona'
And not on the slopes but on the road and in town, my new Omega Speedmaster 57
What do you like to wear on the mountain slopes for winter sports?
Love all your choices!
One watch, lol don't do winter sports anymore. ย I'm the guy in the warm lodge having a great bottle of wine wearing my 2011 Deep Blue Alpha Marine 500 Swiss Automatic.ย
Enjoy that snow!
Cheers!
Fantastic choices! ย Looks like you had a great time.ย
Great choices!
Me? Nothing because I don't ski - missed that other than once at Hunter Mountain in my youth. Doesn't make sense to do it now and risk tearing up my knees.
Excellent choices! The Speedmaster is sharp.ย
I either go G-Shock or watch-less. I banged up my Stowa Flieger snowboarding four winters ago. Itโs still in a shoebox in need of a repair. Thatโs what happens when you fall hard in the terrain park ๐ .
Edit: This is a picture from Google not me. Although it did resemble this a bit.
Nice choices!ย
We had a crazy cold (for Vancouver) cold snap a few weeks ago. ย I was busy with work so my outdoor sports were limited to riding my bike to work, sledding with my daughter, and shoveling the sidewalk at my house. ย
I quickly switched to my ceramic and Ti watches as they are much more comfy when my wrist gets exposed to wind and freezing cold - as it often does!
Last time I was in Mammoth, I wore my Damasko DS30. A great, durable watch and slim enough to not be annoying under my glove.ย
how were the conditions?? a Mammoth trip is out of the cards for my this year, but Iโm betting all this recent snow was great!

Almost an overwhelming amount of snow this past weekend, great for the slopes, not so much when it came to digging out my SUV for almost 2 hrs ๐คฃ
These 2 have been on my wrist on the mountain past couple weeks

Primarily I'm a skier, ย I like throwin' down tricks in the park as well. Outside grab while Walking the Dog

Nice shot! I was never that great at jumps; I was mostly a rail kid from the midwest. Although I did manage to make the best of it:

Who doesn't love a random Bomb drop! Notice my right hand has the boot grab and my left hand is walking the dog with a Yo-Yo
