Rubber Strap for Submariner 114060

Hey All,

I'm wondering if anyone has experience with these rubber straps that mount flush to the case and if so, if they have any recommendations. The main brands seem to be Rubber B and Everest. I'm in love with the integrated clasp they offer and making my own pseudo-oysterflex bracelet.

Side note: does anyone know where I could reliably purchase a steel Rolex glide-lock clasp?

You nailed the two most would recommend. Personally I do not like the idea of throwing a inexpensive (yes that is relative) strap on an expensive watch, but I also get it; Rolex will not sell you just an OysterFlex, so it is a catch 22 if one wants a rubber strap. I would stick with one of two if I were going that route and use your existing clasp, or just get a tang.

As far as the Glidelock, be prepared to pay. Rolex will sell you one since you own a watch with one already, but it is going to a bit of a pain. I have not seen a quote lately, but my guess is it’ll be at least a car payment for the clasp. Everest does a nice job outlining it here.

Awesome, AllTheWatches. Thanks for the help.

As stated above their seems to be 2 premium brands for you too choose from, personally I've put mine on a fkm rubber strap with flat ends ,had no problems even when swimming in it

WatchGecko and CrafterBlue also have curved end rubber straps for the Sub. I think they are not offered with the clasp, but a heavy-duty pin buckle.

Rubber B & Vanguard were great fit on BB58. I'm sure the Rolex Rubber B or Everest would be great!
