This is an awesome colorway - and I believe it's one of just a handful of models that went through the COSC testing, too.  That's what your dial says Chronometer and a few of the models w/ the same movement/build like mine do not :)

I definitely acknowledge that the Lost in Transit and the repair times are normal cost of doing business, but their communication has been so, so bad that it can't help but layer.  Ya know?

I've had my Aqua Terra serviced twice over the years from Omega - no complaints at all!

Until I purchased my Zodiac, I did not know they were under the Fossil umbrella.  While I think they do maintain their brand independence in design and heritage - sharing their customer service with the Fossil Group at large means poor customer service, longer wait times, etc.  It's unfortunate.  

Had I known, I probably would have pivoted to Doxa for a similar product (SubC Pro or similar).
