Trading Watches
Saturday I traded some of my watches and I am very pleased with the transacton. I traded away a blue Baltic MRO1, a Melbourne Portsea, a Seiko blue cocktail, and a Venezianico Neriede GMT for a blue Bulova Lunar Pilot, a Bulova Curv, a Xeric Halograph III Automatic CMYK, an Orient NEO CLASSIC SPORTS LE, and a Swatch Sistem51 WAKTU51. Mostly the size of the watch or the look had both of us not really wearing what we traded so we both ended up with options that suited us better. Also neither one of us had worn any of the watches more than 2 or 3 times so that was really nice. This would be great to do again in the future but I need to know more watch collectors. The important thing for me was that we were both very happy with the trade, that it was pretty fun was a bonus. (Sorry I left out pics of the Xeric and Seiko.) Has anybody else had a good experience trading watches?

I appreciate your view and it is pretty great that you want to keep everything you buy. For me I feel like trading is a really fun part of collecting something.
I only really have one watch I would trade as I bought it for a milestone birthday, so I'd feel bad selling it but OK if I traded it for something different.
I traded in my Circula Aquasport gmt, a Seiko Speedtimer ltd edition and a Tusenö Windseeker to get a Tag Heuer Grand Carrera Calibre 8 gmt.
I made a similar exchange to get my Raymond Weil Freelancer GMT Worldtimer.
I’ve got an AD who specialises with smaller independent brands and is very open to trades. I also got my Le Jour Rally Monte-Carlo from this AD by trading in.

Oh that's very nice! AD level I hadn't even considered. Totally another way to make trades to take your collection where you want it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
