My Collection Style

I collect somewhat differently than most. I have a $2000 limit for a single watch. If it costs more than this even used I look for a homage that scratches the itch. Shown above are some examples of both. My collection is large and I am having a blast. Anyone else collecting watches similarly?

It's my favorite watch in the whole world. 🍻

The Rado is a gem. An ultra-classical gentleman's watch with couple of very tasteful twists. Big thumbs up.

Approached collecting the same way for a while before shifting gears by consolidating down to less but higher price point pieces. Collecting the way you are is a good way to find what you really like and what suits you. Then if you decide to downsize you’ll have a clearer sense of what you appreciate and want.

Sheesh, now I find out you can have a limit!

How do you like the Invicta Speedway?

The Invicta shown here is a 39.5MM Quartz Caliber VD53B. I really do enjoy this watch and wearing it. The textured design looks of the dial along with the subdials is a win with me. While much of Invicta's lineup doesn't work for me a few of them hit it out of the park in looks and value. This one I think should find a happy home with most collectors.
