I prefer the subdials to the color of the main dial, maybe with a touch of color or a panda reverse white dial and black subdials
For me it comes down to the watch as to whether I prefer panda or reverse panda. For my Hamilton I preferred the reverse panda.
I like pandas, reverse-pandas and monochrome chronographs:
Currently, my only chrono has a blue on blue dial. However, my favourite recent models have a common theme:
Depancel
Venezianico
TAG Heuer

Fair enough. That Nivada is beautiful
