4 watches to an island .. what is your pick??

Feel free to pick whatever you want !! I have chosen 3 from my collection. One is not in my collection - Casio DW290-1V - it is a watch from Mission Impossible, that is why I have chosen it 😀 On an island you can need it.

Diver - Any no date Sub 

Pilot - GMT 2 Batman (Hopefully batman can come with he's batmobile)

Sport -  G-shock DW-5600BB-1

Dress - JLC Master Ultra Thin Moon with the blue face

Pretty unique bunch here IMHO hahaha

Diver - Marathon Jumbo Diver/Pilot's Chronograph CSAR

Pilot - Casio Oceanus S5000e ( tough solar, titanium with a chronograph, World time and perpetual calendar complications)

Sport - Tudor Black Bay 36 Black Dial, let's scratch this baby up on the rocks hahaha

Dress - Vintage Lemania 1950s 18k Rose gold chronograph ( CH27 movement inside ). Ridiculous choice but oh well!

Diver - Orient Triton with power reserve (blue)

Pilot - Movado MkVIIA RAF navigator watch

Sport - Rolex Explorer

Dress - Kurono Tokyo Toki

Diver - Mühle Glashütte S.A.R. Rescue timer (100 ATM, what can I say)

Pilot - Breitling Emergency (well, you don't want to be stranded forever)

Sport - Nomos Club Campus 38 Future Orange (funky🙃)

Dress - Breguet 3050 (my dream dress watch)

Diverse, crazy, and I love it.

I so wana put SAR as diver as well, but it has no timing bezel 🤣

Diver - normally I would say BB58, but if I am on an island I needs a tool watch, so a Sinn U50

Pilot - Speedy Pro

Sport - solar G-shock (and let’s be honest, the only watch you need while deserted on an island)

Dress - I am deep in the honeymoon with my santos medium, so I have to go with that

Very nice choices! Do you own G-shock DW-5600BB-1? I plan to buy one but I am not sure if the normal or negative display ... The negative display seems not good legible in some angles... What is your experience?

i’m so sorry, i don’t own one. But i love to buy one in the future, but i do have another G-Shock at the moment which is the gst-410 Which i hardly wear it as it is quite bulky and uncomfortable but i can‘t sell it since it’s my first quartz watch and i do not want add on another quartz watch since i do have a casio world time which it does more wrist time than the gshock… 😂

I had the same issue with my very first watch I bought (Emporio Armani - yeees a fashion watch 😂). I had it long time in my collection "because of my first watch" but I gave it to my uncle and he was so happy that his happyness overruled my sadness 😍. Now my first watch has another life and someone who will enjoy it much more than me !! This is something I learned from Mad Watch Collector (https://www.watchcrunch.com/MWC2020) !!

Yea, the negative isnt too legible. 

If negative display is your cuppa then 5000 series would do it nicely. 

Lume on this damasko da35 is outstanding indeed, i can literally see the thickness of the applied lume on the dial from the edge of the date window. its not the most loved model by most, but its the simplicity that caught me, quietly stroll by until nightfall.
