What good customer service looks like.

Owner answered the phone, I spoke directly to him and explained my original watch come with a defect of finishing on the bezel, he said he will send me a replacement and swap my sized bracelet if I feel comfortable and I shop back time old one tomorrow. Why can’t it always be this easy to take care of customers!

They are so good I missed out on the bottle green gmt and bought the white. Now with the slight upgrade of screw down second crown and a restock via preorder I kinda want the green again 😂

Jon is doing wonderful things with Traska. Traska is the first microbrand I bought from and will not hesitate to recommend it to others. His watches are amazing and his customer service + frequent transparent updates is just brilliant.

I'm actually having a problem with a Brew Retrograph that just arrived to me yesterday. The watch has several imperfections and scratches in the brushing and I'm not going to accept that. So I'm looking forward to see if Brew customer service will come up with solutions or not.
