Yep! I know I have lead several here, but still cannot manage to get them through the affiliation link for that badge.

I have not even tried to figure that badge out.

You have to enroll for the affiliation program, it gives you a link to share. If you get 3, you get a badge. I usually share the name at local meetups and then see them here not long after.

I know no other watch enthusiasts besides the fine people of WC. Which is why I joined up with the fine people of WC.

Where is the sign up area/link. I sometime find a few option hard to find on the iPad.

The closest thing to a watch enthusiast that I've met is my local watchmaker, whom I've gone in and had mildly disrespectfully long conversations with a couple times. I don't think he'd be interested in something like this though.

Every chance I can. As many of you know, I have a preference for the larger watches. According to social media, I should be shamed and ridiculed.

Here on WatchCrunch thankfully that's not the case. Sure everyone has their own preferences, but for the most part we can appreciate each others diversity of style and taste.

Shortly after joining Watch Crunch, I mentioned the community to my younger daughter and her husband,our mutual buddy, Marvie was enjoying some apple slivers but also seemed interested. Not surprisingly I received a follower the next morning, Marvie who was staying with my wife and me for a few days had joined and was following me. He is one of the finest guys in my life, does not actually wear a timepiece but always know when it is time for a hearty plate of kibble! I hope members are welcoming of a humble Cockapoo who is worth at least 10 of my so called watch enthusiast friends. He visits us less frequently now after moving away to a community an hour drive from downtown but enjoys resting on a small sofa in my study as I wind some of my watches when he is here. It is a relaxing routine between two enthusiast friends.

Every time i try to engage people in a watch related discussion this is what I get 😂

Never get to the part where I could recommend WC :)

And I really try to lure them in...

Me: "We're going on a road trip to Germany soon"

Friend (enthusiastic): "Oh, cool - where you goin'?"

Me: "Various places, but main goal is Glashütte"

Friend (frowning): "Say what now? Where is that / why are you going there?"

Me: "It's near Dresden and home to seven great watchmakers! It's where my watch was made!!"

Friend: "Errrr...have fun? So, what are your plans for the summer then?"

...

So sad.
