My very first gold finished watch, I feel like it’s sort of a gate way to vintage, it has some vintage vibes about it or maybe it’s just me that I associate gold with vintage…now I just need another box for this type of watches lol

I know that a lot of people think that the Presage line is in a no-man's land as far as price. I like what Seiko is doing with retro styling and modern dial texture treatments. This watch will be appreciated years from now. As far as a gateway to vintage: check out Bulova from the late 1950's and early 1960's. They have the same simple stick indices and interesting dial textures. Seiko in the same era was white dials and polished stainless.

I really agree with your thoughts about the Presage line and the vintage vibe. I think the SARY193 also has that retro style that will make it appreciated, and it is reasonably priced like much of the Presage line.
Thinking of Bulova, they are also releasing some interesting watches that have a vintage vibe in their Joseph Bulova, Archive, and Military series.
Seiko has the best dials in the business. So many different textures and patterns.
Truly a piece that radiates class. The texture on that dial is incredible!
