Despite all talking around invicta this is really amazing and can't beleive they are capable to sell it below $100.
Technically this the best affordable homage everyone can buy!

The distinctive yellow rotors were a bit of a "signature" for the Invicta Pro Diver in the past when the watches were equipped with a Seiko NH35 movement. I've seen a few complaints online that some of the newer releases of this model no longer have the yellow rotor ... whether or not this is indicative of Invicta still utilizing the Seiko movement or not, I have no idea??
