For my case, it'll involve a bit of cheating since @benswatchclub already brought up two out of the three I would've gone for, and the pool of budget "meta" watch picks isn't exactly that big to begin with(but it does make you question the overall reliability of AI). That said, without much further ado, here's mine:

Just less than $6 shy off $300.

G-Shock Casioak GA2100-1A1 $100
I'd have gone for the Casioak myself as an easy bet but the main drawback I had with it that got me to reconsider is how they're at a 47mm, which is why I settled for the Duro since 44m can look less on some small sized wrists so it can somewhat pass.
I actually liked what Ben did in the video where he also included options based on wrist sizes as well.
Impressive, actually, not a single Casio, and none of these are meta picks either. You went off the beaten track with this one, well done.
