Hello, fellow Crunchers:
I've been one of those 'long time listener, first time caller' type of person on WatchCrunch, but I enjoy the platform so much so that I decided to ask for your general recommendations and opinions.
I am a big fan of chronographs, but as someone with small wrists (~6"), my options are limited. Through various trials, I have determined that my preferred case size range is 35mm~39mm. Case in point, I posted pictures of my two favorite watches: Omega 3510.50 (39mm), and Tag Heuer 2000 Chronograph (38mm). I've also had a Speedmaster Date 3511.50, which I enjoyed but couldn't justify having two Speedmasters at the time.
I'd like to find more smaller chronograph models in the <$1,500 range. I have already tried on the Seiko SSC813 and found it in proportionally thick.
Based on these preferences, could you recommend any specific brands/models? Or feel free to post about your fav Chronograph even if it doesn't meet any of these criteria's. Please and thank you.
Case size: 35~39mm
Movement: Any
Age: any - modern or vintage
Price: < $1,500
Other: do not like '24 hour' subdial

How about a Brew Metric?
I have the Metric Gold and quite like it. They come in various other configurations as well.
You could get 3 with your budget but interesting watches with genuine history. Both 38mm
This is hopefully my next chronograph purchase, Zenith 37mm, but not in the 1,500 range unfortunately.
Omega Dynamic. It’s 37 or 38 I believe.

Brew has been on my mind, the gold one is quite stunning!

Thank you for the suggestion. I quite like the silver dial variant. Very classic and space-y!

That is a very handsome watch... and the price seems achievable! Thank you for a great suggestion

Ugh, it's so beautiful. I had a chance to handle one during a local watch club meet up. It's certainly something to aspire to.
