Not massively into seiko but I do have a particular fondness for the flightmaster.

Oh man, I’ve been stalking an Airman for a while now, just a matter of time before I give in haha. Such a hidden gem! And that Cosmonaute is just impossibly cool. 😎

Love my pilots watches. Sinn 857 UTC VFR, Hanhart 417ES Red Lion, Marathon x Islander Navigator collab, and the Bulova Lunar Pilot (it drove around on the moon so that's got to count, right?).
I tried on that Citizen Promaster Nighthawk on a blue racer style rubber strap at the local jewellers yesterday. That watch has some weight for a Eco-Drive movement. They didn't have one with a bracelet. I would have loved to see that. I'm a quartz movement snob LOL ... I need to see the seconds hands sweeping smoothly 😂 That watch would just be collecting dust in the watch box unfortunately 🥺

Love it. The Nighthawk will always have a special place in my heart. I’ve had mine over 10 years, it was my first “enthusiast” watch. Still going strong too 💪

The LP is a new purchase. The Flightmaster is from 2020-2021, just before it was discontinued IIRC, and the Airman was bought from Massdrop (now just Drop) when they partnered with Glycine for launching a special batch. You can still buy the meteorite LP but the other two are now out of production for quite some time.
I agree with you, the pilot-style is Def my favorite style of watch, idk what it is...
