A bluesy and SS are two different watches in terms of feel and look, especially if your Sub is a no date. I was faced with this same decision and opted for the Bluesy, so yes, do it!

I'd get the non ceramic Bluesy. I like the clarity of the color on the bezel more and it feels like a different enough watch.
