Big question, Digital or Mechanical?

Patience is key for a good business. I have the opportunity to buy an iwatch ultra at a very good price or buy the Boldr Expedition Karakum. Digital vs Mechanical..

You’re not exactly asking the most impartial of audiences!

So, setting aside my bias against wrist-top computers, these two watches are quite fundamentally different, which means the real question is "what is your use case?"

If you're looking for a simple, robust watch, and you find the idea of a mechanical movement charming, go with the Boldr.

If you feel you need the sensors and connectivity for activity or health tracking, and don't mind the frequent charging, then go with the Apple.

Now, adding my bias back in, get the Boldr 😁

This is why I prefer analog or mechanical over digital. If I need to see my watch at a quick glance, I can not with a digital. In the picture I even tilted the digital further back and still can't see it.

I mean… both? Ones a miniature cell phone and the other is an anachronistic throw back to simpler times.

I guess it comes down to wether you want your wrist buzzing all the time lol

Is an iwatch anything like an Apple Watch?

Having to charge up a wrist computer along with your phone is just another bother you don't really need, just get a watch any watch, personally I would like a Boldr watch but not that one with an internal bezel, but that's just me.
