I'm an unabashed fanboy of Helm and Lorier. Two ends of the spectrum, tool - classic. But bang for buck, I really can't think of anyone else who does it better. Maybe Scurfa or Elliot Brown.
Helm in particular are exclusive due to the limited number, wait-list, and real world ISO classifications. (Like certain higher priced brands, but for us commoners 😂)
REALLY hope Helm does a field watch and a classic sports/dress watch someday. I've emailed them and they've always politely said they won't promise anything.
I donno if this is askable...but...how much? Looks great
Most of there stuff is $285-315-ish US. Plus a $35 shipping fee. But there is a wait list, and you can always check your position but it's rather long...
Helm watches are just as hard to get as Rolex ,I'm no 5000 on the list not expecting the email soon , congrats on your purchase it looks fantastic
I hate wait lists too but Helm is far better than Rolex in one important respect: fairness and no games.
First come first served. I've been on a Rolex waitlist for 4 years at an AD where I purchased 2 other watches and at this point don't ever expect to get the call. I was on the Helm list for 2 years before I got one and then soon after I got called for 2 other models but declined (my first Helm sated my desire). I'm still on the list for one that I want and can check my place in line at any time on their website.
If you have to get on a waitlist, Helm is the kind you want: a real list that goes in order and that is fully transparent.

I totally agree with you. They respect the list, cero games.
I received an email confirming my watch was ready, they gave me 48 hours to finish the transaction and they explained that I had no obligation to fullfill the order in case I changed my mind. They even gave a chance to delay the purchase in case It was not a good time financially for me (Which I thought was a great detail).
Watch arrived in a few weeks and they even send you a certification that the watch was tested before send it to you.
HELM is doing something right for sure. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I will have them in my scope for new models for sure.

DUDE! Nice watch!
