What is the watch in your collection that has the most beautiful and fascinating details to look at? 🔎 For me it definitely is the bracelet and dial finishing of my AP Royal Oak Ref. 15450ST.OO.1256ST.01. Another one would be my Grand Seiko… what watch can you recommend?
I love to wear watches that make me discover many more or less obvious and hidden details over time… and be like "Oh, wait… I have never seen that specific polishing or texture on the screw, crown, dial or whatever…
Here is a great video from AP showing the manufacturing process: https://youtu.be/zn0UHZuOEeY?feature=shared

For me it's this, blows my mind every time I look at it 🤯👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻
Great! Can totally understand that you love to look at this caseback.
My GP Laureato. The finishing of the movement is exceptional. It’s hand finished to a higher degree than some watches costing double the price. The case and bracelet finishing is also top notch. I have the steel version but the black ceramic version is mind blowing.

My 2 Column Dial Vintage Cartier Tank because you realize how beautiful the design is to put numbers in a straigh line vertically and hands of the watch are made so precisely that they still touch the right hours when they move - its hard to explain but something to marvel at

Great suggestion! I do have the Laureato on my radar. Together with the Alpine Eagle... but tending a bit more towards the Laureato at the moment. Not sure about the sizing, though.

Never seen this piece and number design. Indeed a special detail that one can appreciate 🙂
My SLGH009 for sure. The case, dial, and movement can all be stared at for hours. I love it.

Such taste, the two best integrated bracelet pieces on the market imo

Alpine Eagle is also a nice watch. However the movement finishing of the GP is on a higher level. The Alpine Eagle is mostly mechanical finished.
In terms of case and bracelet finishing they are on the same level.
The GP wears more like a 40mm than a 42.
You should definitely try it.
of all the watches in my collection, AP has the best finishing, definitely #1 in the holy trinity.
