I have a question. I've been unable to identify a movement, as I have not yet taken it apart to see if there are any other markings. Here is the watch, a (1950's?) Charles Nicolet Tramelan:

And here is the movement, which runs poorly and needs a complete overhaul:

The best I've come up with so far is that it's very close to an AS 1525/26. I've ordered a book that may help me but it hasn't yet arrived. I would like to know what the movement is before I start disassembly.

Yes, I understand it is sometimes very difficult to pinpoint the exact movement. Fortunately, it seems to be very similar to typical contemporary Swiss movements when it comes to disassembly. Thank you for trying.
