Flying in my Car !!
Hey Watch friends ! I know some people think that Flieger watches are too big and too simple but I older I get the more I enjoy the Extra Large numbers and the simplicity of the dials ! This is a Laco 42mm Augsburg with hacking. It comes on a very nice brown leather band with rivets but I changed it out to a old leather Bund strap ! Which is incredibly comfortable. I will never get to fly a plane but when I drive I can always easily see the time on this watch . If you don’t own a pilots watch try one on . You may be pleasantly surprised .
I have been collecting watches and pocket watches for about 30 years. I really enjoy the Beauty and Complexity of watches And their movements . They are not only an expression of Time but of Art .

Looking again, you wouldn’t guess from looking at my photo that it’s the 37mm version! I have small wrists, but not that small. 😃
