You seem to have a lot of black dial watches so I would say get something different. The save the ocean models are beautiful so my vote is for the 297.
The 239 is the favourite in my collection.
The save the ocean dials are beautiful, I bought the mm200 from that release and will definitely recommend the 297. If you do plan to get the 297 then do it quickly cause those models are discontinued currently.

That is an excellent point. I also have the Pelagos 39 that have a very similar colorway as the SPB143.

Blue is a strong candidate 💙
Mrs has the brown & gilt dialed one. Proper blingy indices. Lovely watch, maybe the grey one would be more versatile tho 🤔
I’m weak for a blue dial
Blue looks fantastic. Although I keep looking at brown. As a car lover it reminds me of the malaise era GM cars. I want to put it on an overstuffed brown strap and pretend it’s an Oldsmobile Delta 88 on my wrist.
The pattern on the blue dial is just so good 🥰
Hard choice my friend 😬🙄i had brown and gold and sold it to get the blue, wish I kept it crazy so different even though there the same model, the blue has different cool funky vibes, all the others are classic clean understated and subtle, hope this helps 👍

Brown and golden hands are a fine combination. I agree that the gray is the most versatile 🤔

😂 I can really picture it. I love cars from that era!

It sure helps, thanks 🙏 I think I have to stop by a store to see the brown one with my own eyes.

Can't go wrong with any my friend only problem I ever had was my other watches getting wrist time 👌
I love this 147 its on a strap code bracelet shown here it normally lives on the rubber strap but it is nice to have the choice

That looks great! I am torn between this one and the 297 at the moment 🙂
Gotta roll 70’s Oldsmobile brown now!!

😂 Absolutely!
Thank you very much for all the votes and wise comments, you have really been a great help. I was determined to order the gray one, but ended up ordering the blue one (297). Ordered from a Japanese seller via chrono24. I'll update with a picture when it's received 🙏

The dial is just amazing. Got the original SPB149 to pair with it. And the C&B Chevron - Titanium Knit strap, goes with the Diashield coating nicely.

Beautiful ❤️ Thanks for the tip. I actually have a Chevron from C&B that might be a good match, but you never know until you put it on the watch. Sure is difficult to match colors through pictures 😬

Waiting in anticipation to see what straps you gonna pair it with.
😄 Too late, but A is the more classy of them all.
And here it is 😀 A huge thanks to everyone voting and offering great advice 🙏
Sorry - late to this poll but hope you picked out the watch you love most! I chose the blue dial 🤙❤️
