Dad’s watch collection

I’ve always always known my dad was a big watch collector- I knew of some of his watches and his large swatch collection. However, I never knew how deep down the rabbit hole he had once gone. These are just a few I managed to take pictures before my sister arrived with the kids and we had to clear the table but he has over 70 vintage pieces that are amazing.

According to my dad, the eterna-matic in the box has never been used…not sure if that’s entirely true but it does come with box and papers and he let me wear it today for my aunts 60th.

What do you guys think? Me, I feel like i just left Disney world as a kid.

Yea. It’s amazing. The dial is faded but the case is pretty good. Love that one

Beautiful watches! They're all amazing but that Vulcain chrono is something special. 😍

All I can say is...your dad is a man of great taste! Beautiful classy pieces!!! Can see that they are well taken care of and loved! I would feel like I'm in Disney world myself too if my dad showed me this collection. 😂

Beautiful collection. Even the the straps still look in good condition. 😎

Congrats on the discovery! I only hope my kids have the same excitement and enthusiasm as you when they inherit my watch collection! 😊

Yeah, he was the distributor for Hirsch and Morelatto straps in Mexico so he always had some great straps

Mario, I just saw your post. I think you would have felt quite special about the new found knowledge about your father. I've love it when my parents share some new morsel about their life with me.
