It’s alright if you are into rare high end watches with great brands and precious metals. Not at all jealous. However, if you feel the need to sell at well below market value I’m here for you.
Lovely collection. I’d check out Christopher Ward, it has some colourful and beautifully finished watches that could fit in your collection. Although maybe a little more expensive, they represent amazing bang for buck. Online only.
My first watch, bought in 1979 by my gran when I was 6. I was unusual as despite quartz being cool in the 80s, I stuck it out with this until I was 18! Unfortunately, it now no longer winds, and no one will touch it for repairs, which is a shame, as I still remember the distinct and loud ticking noise it made.
Power reserve is totally pointless, as either I were daily, so maybe 8 hours overnight does the job, or it’s part of a rotation, so it’s still gonna need resetting. Ease of setting date and time is way better than 72hours power reserve.
