I have used it on my watcht ant it works out great. Of course it have to be a acrylic christal ( plastic ).
Tipp: First use your finger and rubb one minute clock and one counterclockwise. Then take a mikrofiber cloth and rub until everything is clear. You can repeat this process untill it is perfect, but don't do it to often otherwise there wil be no glass left 😂. Maybe it is good to cover the metall parts of the watch with some tape so you only polish the glass.
Here are some photos ( of the cover, before/after and the polish)
I could have done the whole process again but you can see the difference very well.

The guy in this video uses Polywatch to clean a crystal. Take look and judge for yourself.

Thanks!
It does, I've done a few. Takes time n effort though and won't take really deep scratches out, but worth the effort.
Used it on my old watches,it does clear minor scratches on the glass
Only on plexiglass but yes, it does work.
I've used it on a Swatch watch to great result. I think they do a version for mineral crystal as well.
