Hmm good question. In searching is commonly known as an upside down Arabic dial. Yours is an outstanding example. Seems some traditionalists do not like it, but those with a sense of creativity very much like it.
I own quite a few watches of various brands, but Orient is the brand with most quantity compared to others.
