Hmm good question. In searching is commonly known as an upside down Arabic dial. Yours is an outstanding example. Seems some traditionalists do not like it, but those with a sense of creativity very much like it.
I've seen various online posts refer to that dial pattern colloquially as the "Computer Dial" presumably because the pattern was designed and machined via a computer. Seems to have been available on Reference 16234 era Datejusts. I'm not sure how Rolex themselves referred to it but if you found an old catalogue, that would be the way to find out.
